1) Can I request a custom order?

Yes, this is certainly something I can do for you. Contact me @purelypositivestudio on Instagram and I will create a listing for you!

2) Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products they cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped out. However if you want to change anything before your item is shipped thats no problem.

Please do get in contact if there are any problems with your order, in these cases where products turn up damaged I can offer replacements.

3) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do ship internationally, however some countries may require customs fees which unfortunately I am not responsible for.

4) I am an influencer, can I promote your products?

We do in fact work with influencers on a gifting basis, please fill in our contact form and I will get back to you with the terms and agreement.
